The Northeast Regional Early Intervention Collaborative (NREIC) is seeking family members of children receiving early intervention services or recently transitioned from early intervention, to participate on our Family Support and Community Outreach Committee. This is a subcommittee of the larger NREIC Board.
The primary purpose of this Committee is to provide guidance and offer insight into ways to enhance supports and access to community resources for families receiving early intervention services in our region comprised of Bergen, Hudson and Passaic counties.
The Committee meets three times per year and includes representatives from the NREIC Board of Trustees, NREIC staff, community representatives and family members of infants and toddlers with developmental delays and/or disabilities. There is a small stipend available for parents who participate.
All meetings begin at 9:30am and are held at the NREIC office.
